Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Open service requests for the calibration lab, coordinating between customers and lab personnel.
  • Provide basic technical information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Keep customers informed about order lead times and proactively follow up on pending orders.
  • Occasionally participate in trade shows and customer visits to represent the company and promote products.
