IT / Software Development Specialist
Role Summary
The IT / Software Development Specialist is responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, developing and managing calibration data analysis software, ERP integration tools, and customer portals. This role also supports ERP system administration, implements cybersecurity measures, and provides IT training to users.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain IT infrastructure, including:
- Active Directory management.
- Virtualization technologies.
- Networking and security protocols.
- Linux system administration.
- Develop and maintain software tools, including:
- Calibration data analysis applications.
- ERP integration tools for SAP Business One.
- Customer portal development and maintenance.
- Support ERP system administration, reducing reliance on external SAP consultants.
- Implement basic cybersecurity and data protection measures to safeguard company data.
- Provide user training and technical support for IT systems and software applications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in IT system administration and software development.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
- Knowledge of database management systems, security best practices, and network administration.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP Business One, is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot IT infrastructure and software issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams to enhance IT and software capabilities.
