The Figure 1 above illustrates the company's organizational structure. As a small company, employees often take on both primary and backup roles. Efforts have been made to ensure redundancy in critical positions in case the primary employee is unavailable. Some roles, such as accounting and IT, are handled daily by an in-house employee, with external partners providing additional support or acting as backups when needed.

The company operates with a structured yet flexible hierarchy, ensuring both primary and backup roles for continuity. The key positions and responsibilities are outlined below:
